FMOC is a brotherhood for Black, Brown, Asian, and Latin men committed to personal growth and transformation. We exist to deepen our connection with ourselves, each other, and our purpose in the world.

Through weekly gatherings, course work, and immersive experiences, we support the integration of mature masculinity—strengthening our emotional and physical well-being, deepening relationships, and cultivating leadership in our communities.
